Sophie GUILLON-MOREL, Associate Director, has been working for fifteen years in the field of communication and public affairs, in France, the UK, and Brussels. Before joining APC in 2017, Sophie worked in the sports sector as director of communication and brand for the Paris 2024 bid, director of public affairs for the European Tour/Ryder Cup, chief of staff for ARjEL (Online Gaming Regulatory Authority), and director of corporate communication, CSR, and public affairs for the French Tennis Federation and Roland Garros. She began her career as a journalist at the daily newspaper La Tribune and later worked as a communication advisor in ministerial cabinets (Ministry of Foreign Trade and then Ministry of Youth, Sports, and Associative Life).
Sophie is a graduate of EM Lyon and holds an MBA from the TEC de Monterrey (Mexico).

Joanna joined APC in January 2019 after gaining several experiences in the audiovisual and digital field, both in Paris and Brussels. From 2011 to 2018, Joanna served as deputy to the head of the European and audiovisual affairs office at the Directorate General of Media and Cultural Industries at the Ministry of Culture. From 2006 to 2011, Joanna worked at the ACT – Association of Commercial Television in Europe, in Brussels. A graduate of a Master's in European Affairs from the Catholic Institute of Paris, Joanna is also a graduate of the European Business School.

Benoît has a particular focus advising on the audiovisual, digital and energy sectors.
Before joining APc, Benoît worked for the general secretary of the France Télévisions group on several subjects, including the organization of the group and the audiovisual regulation. He also led projects on diversity, disability and relations with the Ministry of Culture.
Previously, he contributed to Franco-German cultural projects, and worked with a member of the German Parliament.
Benoît holds a Bachelor's degree in German and a Master degree in Public Affairs at SciencesPo Paris (Class of 2016).

Relevant experience:
At APC, Valentin advises clients working on audiovisual, transport, health and education fields.
Background:
Prior to his arrival in APc in January 2019, Valentin has been working for members of the regional council of Nouvelle-Aquitaine as political advisor for a year and a half. He also worked in the office of the Junior Minister of the Armed Forces, as part of an internship.
Valentin is graduate from Sciences Po Bordeaux (class of 2019), holds a law degree (with honors) and a university degree in English law from the University Jean-Moulin Lyon III.

Before joining APc in January 2021, Laura held various positions in companies operating both in the private and public field. Amongst others, she worked for the Ministry of European and Foreign Affairs, as well as for the Industry and Cleantech Department of Business France in Copenhagen, where she advised French companies wishing to export their business model to Denmark.

She then joined Reclaim Finance, a non-profit organization that advises financial players all over the world on their environmental policies. These various experiences having endowed her with a solid knowledge of the French institutional sphere, Laura then started working for a public affairs and strategic communication consultancy firm in Paris. There, she had the opportunity to advise clients operating in the energy, transport, digital and financial sectors, both in France and abroad.

Laura holds a dual master's degree from Sciences Po Paris and Columbia University in the City of New York, and speaks French, English, Danish, Dutch and Spanish.

After four years working for a general lobbying firm, Melchior BACHELOT joined APc in 2023.
After an initial experience as a journalist, Melchior joined a general lobbying firm where he worked with clients in the agri-food, health and green industry sectors on transversal issues at both French and European level. He was also head of communications and press relations for a major French agri-food group.
Melchior is a former student of a literary preparatory class and holds a master's degree in human sciences from Panthéon-Sorbonne University.

Following several experiences in the healthcare sector, Alix joined APc in August 2022.
In charge of institutional relations with the Greater Paris University Hospitals at the Regional Health Agency, Alix had previously worked in the public affairs sector at Pfizer and at the French Pharmaceutical Companies Association. She holds a doctorate in pharmacy and a master's degree in Public Affairs from SciencesPo Paris and in Advocacy Law/Public Affairs from Paris Dauphine. She defended her pharmacy’s thesis on the drug’s evaluation and the patient’s role in institutions and pharmaceutical industry.

In APc, Noémie assists clients in the fields of employment, education and recycling.
Noémie joined APc after a previous experience in Public Affairs Consulting on transports and digital issues and several internships in communication and institutional relations. From 2020 to 2021, she was also a member of the editorial committee of the “Taurillon”, a web magazine covering EU news and issues.
Noémie holds a License Degree in Political Science and Philosophy and a Master’s Degree in European Affairs from the Sorbonne University.

Soline joined the APc team in April 2023 as a Consultant. Soline previously held the position of Consultant for the public sector at Ernst & Young and contributed to missions of public policy assessment for the French Ministry of Labour, the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs and the European Commission (DG SANTE). Graduated from the Master of Public Affairs, Culture major of Sciences Po Paris in June 2021, Soline has carried out various experiences in the cultural sector (UNESCO, Louvre Museum, SCAC in New York, etc.) and in public affairs on digital issues at Dassault Systèmes.
At APc, Soline assists clients in the transport, health and environment (recycling) sectors, for missions of public affairs and communication.

After a master's degree in Management at emlyon business school, Paul-Arno joined the APc team in February 2023 where he supports clients in the media, sport and education sectors.
Previously, he also worked for a number of players in the mobility sector.
